  • Helped a regional hospital and health service drive digital transformation, implement new models of care and build significant community partnerships through strategic planning, rapid teaming, leadership development and capability building 

  • Facilitated a partnership process for a mental health program (involving two different providers, commissioned by two primary health networks) to build a united ‘one service’ approach

  • Designed a series of tailored, one-day planning sessions for different ‘critical care’ departments to build their culture and plan for the year ahead  

  • Introduced the Queensland Health Clinical Senate to the latest brain-based insights about how to engage, communicate and influence

  • Supported a Board and Executive in the health industry to engage their staff and community in refreshing their strategic plan

  • Facilitated a state-wide Executive Director forum to refresh the strategic direction of the group and enable cross-service collaboration

  • Embedded an organisation-wide strategic leadership system to drive clarity and accountability across a Queensland hospital and health service 

  • Conducted a human-centred design process to develop a customer and consumer first mindset program for operational and administrative staff in a hospital and health service

  • Fostered significant innovation across a whole high school community to drive down waste, increase sustainability and improve culture and wellbeing

  • Supported a university to kick start their cultural transformation journey through a large group process

  • Led change and engagement for a major digital transformation program, developing strategic frameworks, facilitating stakeholder readiness, and building sustainable change capability across the mental health service system.
